So entwikelst du dich weiter vom Anfänger bis zum Profi
Coach Caro die zehn wichtigsten Regeln :
1. FANG VON VORNE AN
Auch wenn dir jeder immer wieder sagt, wie begabt du bist, solltest du trotzdem erst mal in einen Kurs für Anfänger gehen. Wichtig ist nämlich eine gründliche Basis, auf der du dann aufbauen kannst. Wenn du das Tanzen nicht von Grund auf lernst, hast du später eventuell Lücken.
2. DIE RICHTIGE VORBEREITUNG
Vergiss nicht, dir für den Kurs genug zu Trinken einzupacken! Wichtig sind auch bequeme Klamotten, in denen du dich gut bewegen kannst. Cooles Styling gehört beim Dancen dazu, aber eine Dance-Lesson ist keine Modenschau – hier wird trainiert und geschwitzt.
3. HAUSAUFGABEN
Die Basics, die du imkurs lernst, solltest du noch mal zu Hause vor dem Spiegel üben. So prägst du sie dir noch besser ein, bist bei der nächsten Tanzstunde schon sicherer bei den Moves und kannst an deinem Ausdruck arbeiten.
4. NICHT VON 0 AUF 100
Bevor du dich beim Tanzen austobst, wärm dich unbedingt mit einem leichten Workout auf! Die Muskeln müssen sich erst langsam an die Bewegungen gewöhnen, bevor du sie dafür beanspruchst.
5. OHREN AUF
Musikhören sorgt nicht nur für gute Laune, sondern schult vor allem dein Rhythmusgefühl. Schaffst du´s, den richtigen Takt aus dem Song herauszufiltern, liegst du auch beim Tanzen der einzelnen Counts richtig!
6. ABGUCKEN ERLAUBT
Hol dir Inspiration für neue Moves, indem du Tanzvideos im Netz checkst, Konzerte oder Veranstaltungen besuchst, in denen getanzt wird, und so weiter. Allein beim Zuschauen kann man enorm viel lernen.
7. ÜBUNG MACHT DEN MEISTER
Oder besser gesagt: Es ist noch keiner vom Himmel gefallen! Setze deine Erwartungen an dich selbst also nicht zu hoch. Du wirst dich schneller verbessern, wenn du dich nicht zu sehr unter Druck setzt.
8. KONSTANT & KONZENTRIERT
Wer im Leben etwas erreichen will, muss die nötige Disziplin dafür aufbringen. Wenn du regelmäßig und gleichbleibend trainierst, wirst du auch in absehbarer Zeit schwerere Choreos schaffen.
9. ZIEL IM BLICK
Jeder hat mal einen Durchhänger, das ist ganz normal. Aber wenn du eine Karriere als Profi-Performer anstrebst, musst du lernen, dich immer wieder selbst und aufs Neue zu motivieren. Stell dir einfach vor, was du später mal erreichen willst.
10. FORTBILDUNG
Erweitere deinen Horizont – immer mit dem Ziel vor Augen, wovon du wirklich träumst. Wenn ich es mir finanziell und zeitlich leisten kann, nehme ich, so oft es geht, an Workshops teil, um mich weiterzuentwickeln und an neuen Styles zu feilen. Trau dich auch! Es lohnt sich!

(1) Denim mini skirts from Jordache and Stardoll. I could not believe that these two skirts look so much alike, I’m almost led to believe that it’s one and the same skirt being passed off as two different brands! And Stardoll’s version is cheaper by 1SD. This is a really great steal.
(2) Puffy skirts from Decades. These have actually been lying around the shop for a bit of a time now, but I just couldn’t stop myself from featuring them here. Their made are exactly the same, except for the colors and the patches. I’d take the regular item not only because I’m not a Superstar (harhar) but also because its color and patch is also very sweet and pretty and very ice cream parlor-esque, don’t you think?
(3) Black skirt from Bisou and Stardoll. Slight difference, but obviously can be looked over. And besides, they have similar ribbons and Stardoll’s pleats kind of looks like Bisou’s fringes… right? :)
(4) Distressed jeans from Bisou and Stardoll. Wow, this is another one of those great “Steal that look!” finds. Both are kind of loose, distressed and folded outwards at the bottom.
So there you have it girls! This is actually perfect for springtime, so get shopping

1) As we’ll notice, both checked shirt items are from Bisou. They look so identical, but one’s Superstar-exclusive and costs 1SD more than the other one! Personally though, I think the regular item is cuter because it has an added bonus of cinching in the waist with a slim belt. :)
(2) As we can see, both shorts are knee-length. The cool bonus here for Superstars are, the Stuff by Hilary Duff version has stitched details and charms, making it look cuter, PLUS, it’s only 4SD! Compared to the Bisou version, the Superstar version really wins this competition hands down.
(3) Okay, so both are strappy platform sandals. Only difference is, one is made by DKNY and the other is from Bisou. I’m really sorry, but between the two, I really think the cuter version is Bisou’s version. Added bonus? It’s 6SD cheaper than its DKNY counterpart ;)
(4) Finally, the last number boasts of similar peeptoe ankle boots. The differences? One being the most obvious, its color. And second, DKNY’s is more updated with its lace-up fashion, while Decades keeps it plain and simple. But then again both are slingbacks.

-in ELLE there is a necklace for 6 stardollars. I don't think you should buy it because there is a cheaper version in voile that costs 4 stardollars, and the one for 4 stardollars isn't for superstars!
-There is also lace up shoes in Phillosophy that cost 12, (superstar) and there is very simillar lace up shoes in decades that cost 4 stardollars for non-superstars!
-Also there is magenta platforms that cost 6 stardollars (for ss) in ELLE that are the same shape (only a slight different color) in pretty in pink for non ss that cost five..

I found out that there is a new doll on Stardoll called "Justin Bieber" the doll looks almost like the real one! Here a bit Info about him:

BFF Geschichten
Hi Leser,
wie ihr schon vielleicht gesehen habt, gibt es eine neue BFF Aktion. Mit echt schönen Geschichten, über Freunddshaft und Cybermobbing. Ich finde die Geschichten perfeckt.

So, nachdem ich es nun noch einmal probiert habe, bin ich wieder schlauer! Alle PSP-Geschenke kann man bekommen, auch wenn man sie schon hat von der letzten PSP-Aktion! Folgt einfach den Hinweisen:
1. Geht auf goproxing.com oder daveproxy.co.uk
2. Gebt in die URL-Leiste www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/pspuk ein
3. Loggt euch ein!
4. Klickt die einzelnen Geschenke einfach an (entweder alle oder nur die, die ihr haben wollt)
5. Loggt euch aus und geht ganz "normal" auf Stardoll
In eurer Suite sind jetzt 1 bis 2 Hannah Montana PSP-Taschen mit den Geschenken als Inhalt!
